Everythings Been Done Bike Frame Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway begins on May 8, 2025 and ends on May 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT).

How to Enter

  1. Channel Member Entry: Become a paying channel member of the Everythings Been Done YouTube channel.

  2. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

    • You must provide a valid email address.

Entry Limit

  • One entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.

Prize

  • One (1) bike frame, approximate retail value of $1,500. The prize is awarded as-is, with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, except as required by law.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

  • The drawing will be conducted March 15, 2025 during EBD LIVE.

  • The winner will be notified via EBD LIVE and or email provided at entry, depending on the entry method.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity and Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions

  • Everythings Been Done reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically compromised or if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the integrity of the giveaway.

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Everythings Been Done, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
